  1. How do I order my course materials and textbooks?
    2. Visit our virtual textbook store, Barnes and Noble College (“BNC”). Select “Let’s Get Started”, and enter your Student ID number under “Shop By Schedule” to view all your materials.

  2. Why am I ordering my course materials with BNC?
    3.  WSCC has partnered with Barnes & Noble College (BNC) to provide course materials and related services for our students. When you order through BNC, you are purchasing directly from them, and all of their procedures and policies apply to your order—including shipping, returns, and refunds.

    If you have any issues or questions about your order or a return, please call BNC Customer Care at 800-325-3252 or contact them via the Help Section.

  3. Where do I order my scrubs?
    4.      Right on the WSCC Online Campus Store!
    Scrubs can be found directly at http://booksource.westshore.edu/Store/RequiredMaterials/Nursing

  4. When can I order my nursing scrubs?
    5.      Scrubs are available to order now, with the exception of students using financial aid. Financial aid for Fall 2025 semester opens July 14th.

  5. How can I make sure I receive my scrubs when I need them for my clinicals and classes?
    6. Scrubs can take from four (4) to six (6) weeks to be embroidered and delivered. To give the best chance for your uniform scrubs to arrive before clinicals, we recommend that all Nursing students place their order no later than (DATE). Ordering by this date allows time for processing, shipping, and any potential delays.

  6. What exactly is required?
    7.      At least ONE (1) Scrub Top and ONE (1) Scrub Bottom. The White Long Sleeve and Jacket are both optional.

  7. Can I use my financial aid to pay for my purchase?
    8.  Yes! Financial aid for the Fall Semester is available to students beginning July 14th, 2025, and remains available through the BNC/WSCC virtual textbook store, and our Campus Store through September 10, 2025.

  8. Can I try on scrubs before buying them?
    9.  Yes! We have a fit line available in the Bookstore with every size of jacket, top and pant. Feel free to swing in any time during our regular business hours to try them on. 

  9. Is there a size chart that I can reference?
    10.      Yes! Click here to view the size chart.

  10. How will I receive my order?
    11.      Your choice! In your shopping cart select either Pickup at Store or Ship to Home. Note: Choosing 'ship to home' will result in additional costs and a delay in receiving your uniforms.

  11. What is the return policy for scrubs?
    12.      All scrubs are final sale.

  12. What is the return policy on Course Materials?
    13.      Course Material return status is created and determined by BNC please visit their Help Center to determine whether your materials are returnable.

  13. Why are prices not listed on the website?
    14.      If prices are not listed on our order page, it means we are awaiting feedback from our suppliers on cost. As soon as we have firm cost information our ordering page will be updated with pricing for our students. Be sure to check back at our page for updates.
